How to fail a tech recruiting project - 5 key learnings

There's one thing I am very grateful for when it comes to my career in tech so far - I have almost always worked in companies with a failure-friendly culture. Today I'll share my top 5 learnings - what happens when I fail and the why behind. I'll lay out what I absolutely need and do not start any tech recruiting project without ensuring I am well-prepared to tackle challenges head-on and make sure my tech applicants make it to a hire.
